FAQs

  • Where do the activities start? All activities start and finish in the lobby of The Palace, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Madrid (Plaza de las Cortes 7), unless stated otherwise.

  • What language are the activities in? All activities are guided in English.

  • Can I book for my partner as well? Yes. Simply choose 2 participants in the booking form. The number of participants applies to your whole booking.

  • Can I book more than one activity? All activities on 28 April 2027 run at the same time, so each booking includes one activity.

  • What does “minimum participants” mean? Each activity needs a minimum number of guests to run (15 for most; 12 for the Vintage Car Tour; 20 for the Tuk-Tuk Tour). Only paid bookings count towards the minimum. We check numbers on 13 April 2027. If the minimum is not reached, we will contact you to offer another activity or a full refund.

  • Can I cancel or get a refund? You can cancel your booking until 13 April 2027 by emailing bcnorth@spheritage.com, and you will receive a refund of 50% of the total amount paid, including the booking fee. After that date, bookings are non-refundable. If an activity does not reach the minimum number of participants, or is cancelled for reasons beyond your control, we will contact you to offer another activity or a full refund.

  • Is there a booking fee? Yes. Prices are per person and include VAT. A 2.25% booking fee, which covers secure online payment processing, is added at checkout. You will see the full amount before you confirm your payment.

  • How do I pay? When you submit the booking form, you go straight to our secure payment page (Flywire). We also email you a summary of your booking with the same payment link, so you can pay later if you prefer. The link stays active until bookings close on 13 April 2027, but your places are only confirmed once payment is received, so we recommend paying as soon as possible.

  • I use a wheelchair or have reduced mobility. Which activities suit me? Each activity has an accessibility grade (A, B or C). Please mention any needs in the booking form so we can prepare an adapted vehicle or route where possible.

  • I have food allergies. Please tell us in the booking form, especially for the Foodie Tour, Cooking Class, Chinchón and Panoramic Tour & Lunch.

  • When is the booking deadline? Bookings close on 13 April 2027. Any booking request not paid by that date will be cancelled.
